I had called before making an appointment and asked them about what my dental insurance would cover. The lady who answered took my plan and group info and told me my insurance would pay 90%. She did not say it was an estimate or give any indication that this was not 100% true. I went ahead with the appointment after being told that. Month or two my visit I get the bill for my visit with my insurance not covering anything. I spoke to the billing specialist and she said there was nothing they could do. They said everything is an estimate. I told her no one told me that and she said there is nothing they are willing to do to make this right. Do not trust the dental office with anything. The dentist had even told me I had a tooth infection when I was there so I went to get two other opinions and was told that I was lied to. There was no tooth infection present. This is a dishonest dental office.

From the moment I walked into Mandeville Center for Dental Excellence, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very efficient, and Dr. Schof was incredibly gentle and thorough during my checkup. I appreciate how Dr. Schof took the time to explain everything in a way that I understood, and I felt confident in his recommendations. The office itself is clean, modern, and well-organized with cutting edge dental technology, making the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend MCD to anyone looking for a great dentist
