I recently moved and transferred care to this clinic because of insurance reasons. As a woman in my 60s I've had my share of medical procedures and issues. Prior to my visit Dr. Moore's office was sent countless pages of medical records, labs, notes spanning 10 years and when I arrived to my appointment I was pleasantly surprised that Dr. Moore had already gone through everything and was ready to discuss the most pressing issues. She took her time explaining everything and made sure I understood before leaving. Will be sticking with her in the future!

My 70 yr old husband fell and broke a rib. At the ER they discovered he had pneumonia and a blocked artery in his neck. He was admitted where they ran test and tried to keep his severe pain under control. Every time he coughed, the pain was unbearable. When he was discharged the dr gave him 5 days of pain meds and said to make an appointment with his dr for a follow up if more was needed. Our regular dr did not have an opening so he saw Dr Moore. My husband explained what happened and that he was still coughing and in extreme pain and wanted a refill on his pain meds until the pain was more bearable. (My husband HATES pain pills but the pain was too intense) She was so unsympathetic and actually rude to us. She told him that she doesn’t write prescription for pain meds. My husband said to me “Why did I even make this appointment?” She then said, “So you only came here to get pain meds?” I have never had a dr who was so rude and judgmental. We are still in shock over the visit.
