Nicholas J. Viviano's Online Review Report Card

I have only good things to say about Dr. Viviano. He is extremely knowledgeable and tells you what he thinks, rather than sugar coating to please the patient. I would rather have this trait in a doctor than to wonder what he really means.

It is easy to recommend Dr. Viviano because he has a very pleasing bedside manner, is extremely knowledgeable, and is so interested in his patients. At the request of my oncologist, both he and his receptionist came in to his office on their vacation days just to see me. Have you ever heard of any doctor doing this?

Chauvinistic jerk. Looks down on anyone and only will speak to an “MD” in regards to a nurse calling with concerns about medication interactions he prescribed. He’s never wrong and will not hear another medical professionals opinion.

I highly recommend Dr. Viviana. I was the first to go to him. I was so pleased I sent my husband to him and I brought my mom and I am about to bring my dad. He took care of my husband's skin cancer and removed precancerous moles from me. He is very thorough and easy to talk to.

I went to Dr. Viviano to check some suspicious looking moles. They were precancerous and Dr. Viviano took care of them without any issues. My husband and mom have since gone to him for care and are well pleased. I highly recommend Dr. Viviano. He is thorough and very knowledgeable about skin conditions.

I trust Dr, Viviano. I have been his patient for 2 years and he is always straight with me and tells me the inside scope on skin care.

Very egotistical

I brought my daughter in because I was not positive that she had a fever blister or a small bacterial infection on the side of her mouth. He did not leave his chair beside his exam bed ( covered in products) to look at it. from across the room he said it might be a cold sore he didnt know. my 15 yr old daughter laughed when we left saying he didn't know anything. I also agreed. He was also suppose to check out her elbow which had a small white lump on it along with a red ring around it and he said he thought it might be a wart but didn't know. He would see her back in a month. 100.00 later I knew what I had known before I got there. She might have a cold sore/ might have a wart?

I came to the office for acne issues. I was on birth control at the time and asked that I not be given any oral medication only topical. The doctor lectured me on why I should not be on birth control due to being married and prescribed me oral medication despite my objections. When I googled the prescription he had given me, I found out one of the major side effects is that it rendures birth control ineffective. Needless to say I was more than angry. He never discussed that side effect with me and he prescribed it KNOWING I was taking birth control. If I had just taken his word for it, I could have gotten pregnant. I have since gone to northshore dermatology and I love them. Do not go here.

This doctor is a complete joke!!! I took my daughter there for a wart and molluscum. He did not freeze the wart off, he did not know what the "white dots" where on her (Molluscum), he wanted to put her on steroids!! He took a personal phone call while in the room with us, is VERY unprofessional and DOES NOT take insurance. Cash or check ONLY!! He does the answering of the phones, checks patients out and takes your money!! After leaving his office I was so angry at his antics I put a stop payment on the check I wrote him and threw away the prescription for the steroids!! After a few days he had the nerve to call me and ask why I put a stop payment on the check! REALLY??!! DO NOT SEE THIS PERSON AS A DR. HE IS HORRIBLE!!!! He does not even deserve the one star!!!
