I made an appointment for my son, and when I got there, I was told they wouldn’t see him because they didn’t have his insurance information (I filled it in for the appointment and I had the card on me) and I was told they didn’t have his medical records (I got there 45 mins ahead of time and they refused to reach out to Ochsner to retrieve his records). They literally refused to see my 3 yr old.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Arnaud for over three years. She is always compassionate and does what is necessary to diagnose the problem. She has even given referrals when necessary to other specialists to assist us with issues she does not specialize in. I am pleased with the services rendered for each visit.
