They said my bill would be a certain amount, but they lied to me and changed it after the Surgery.I will not use Advance Surgery Center in the future.They are a bunch of rip offs !!!!!!!!

Whoever runs this facility ought to write a book about management practices. From the very first phone call I recieved before my procedure, I felt so much better. The nurse on the phone made my day. I was pretty worried, but she listened to me and explained everything succinctly. Everyone there was pleasant, and actually seemed happy to be there.The facility was modern and sterile. It's a small building, but very well designed.The nurse anesthetist from Parish Anesthesia was incredible!!! Cheryl (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was so confident and competent, and so willing to listen to me and answer my questions, that when they took my blood pressure it wasn't high. (I have high blood pressure and didn't take my medicine that morning) I had been a little apprehensive about the operation, but all my worry completely vanished after talking to Cheryl.Great experience. I wish all health care professionals cared as much about their patients as these people do.

I had surgery at The Advanced Surgery Center in Metairie and the staff were AWESOME, everyone was very polite and courteous and a special Thank you to my nurse Elizabeth and Dr. Robert Kadish and his surgical team!!!!

Check-in staff was courteous and did their job in an efficient manner.Nursing staff was nice and helpful , and did their job in a professional manner.Anesthesiologist well that was the same old story. Both of the ones I've met have the personality of a wet noodle, they act like they don't want to take the time to listen to you. They need to take a course in people skills!

Everyone was very attentive, caring, and capable. I was very apprehensive about having to go in by myself for surgery (COVID restrictions), but I felt very well taken care of. Everything was clean, well-organized and I felt like I was a priority while I was there. Great experience!
