Very nice staff. Brenda was the best phlebotomist I’ve ever had. I did not feel the needle stick in my arm whatsoever. If I didn’t watch, I wouldn’t have even known she did it. Dr. Mike is super accommodating, and personable while still maintaining professionalism. Great experience. :)Forgot to add: Mari Beth is also very sweet, and informative!

Drove a hour to Covington, La location just to be told I couldn’t Participate in the study bc I was over weight. Why make me drive waste my time and gas when this could have been discuss over the phone.

Benchmark research was a very interesting place to visit. This is a biomedical research firm (even though it says urgent care outside). I was there to participate in a covid 19 vaccine trial. I'm a researcher myself (oceanography), so it was very interesting to see a drug trial up close. The staff was friendly and I had a very good experience there. Miss Lois and Dr Mike took very good care of me. I'm looking forward to working with these folks as they run their phase 3 moderna trial.
