A word of warning. Do not give them your credit card to hold an appointment. Shady business practice alert: I called in the beginning of February 2022 to schedule a consult. I was asked for a credit card to hold the appointment on March 24th. I called a few days later to cancel. They put a charge of &100.00 through my account. I called today to ask what happened and was told that they put it through to hold the appointment. She then said “if you want it back we can do that”. Of course I want my money back credit my card. “ oh we can’t do that. We’ll have to send you a check within 7 to 10 days”. Lesson learned. Expected more from such an establishment practice.

I always look forward to my appointment with Dr. Bopp, he always makes me feel comfortable because he’s honest with what will suite me or what isn’t necessary for me.

Had an appointment today for one. I’m an African American female and Wanted to buy a cream from them and wanted to make sure I needed it because I haven’t seen them in four years. They told me I didn’t need to come and to just come buy the cream. Definitely going to find another dermatologist, anyone who can tell me to purchase a product from them but won’t take the time to actually see if I even need it isn’t the place for me. Not sure why I can’t come to my appointment but I don’t even wanna try to figure it out. I’ll just move on.
