Poole left me with a permanent scar from a sizable leg abscess when he mistakenly missed the vein entirely. The absess oozed for months and was quite painful. He barely accepted responsibility, was not apologetic nor empathetic. This was an unacceptable error.

Furthermore, regarding the botched scherotherapy incident, Dr. Poole barely admitted his error and was not empathetic in the least. So, here is our longtime family doctor whom we will never recommend nor visit again.

Horrible experience with Dr. Poole. My son is a special needs child and he was extremely impatient with my son! Thought he was a pediatric dermatologist but sadly mistaken!

I have had 4 laser hair removal treatments on my calves. The lady with the laser is Sabrina. Sabrina is an expert at her job, which requires social skills, as well as knowledge and precision. She is friendly and makes any fears you might have vanish away quickly. She also loves to challenge herself to get the same number of �zaps� on each leg, striving for perfection every time! This makes me giggle, but I have to admit that I truly appreciate when Sabrina endeavors to give me the best possible treatment. I don�t know about you, but it�s important to me, when spending a few hours with someone, that they aren�t too talkative or too quiet. A chatterbox drives me nuts, but someone who doesn�t talk enough leaves me wondering in uncomfortable silence. It is amazing the way Sabrina can multitask, concentrating on the laser and simultaneously being sensitive to the amount of dialogue. Sabrina is a master of conversation, pleasantly distracting you until you realize that your procedure is already done!

I was actually surprised at how down to earth he was. I have never met a doctor that seemed so real. I felt like I was in a room with a friend. He wasn't egotistical or snotty. I felt like we were on the same level as each other. He didn't act like he was "BIGGER" than anyone else!
