I had a breast reduction and lift due to cancer. I also opted to have lipo suction and a tummy tuck with muscle repair. He explained thoroughly my options and what was expected to occur prior, during, and after surgery. It’s been over a week after surgery and I am very pleased with the outcome. He and his staff are a caring and compassionate team. I would recommend him for all your plastic surgery needs.

I went to Dr. Guste in Aug 2021 in hopes that he could remove a capsular contraction and increase my breast size. Reference photos were provided so there would be no mistaking the size I was looking for — which was not conservative like the breasts I had at the time. He suggested a breast lift to make them “perfect.” (10/10 would NOT recommend) After my surgery, my breasts were smaller than they were originally. We’re taking DD to small C cups. $14,000 for SMALLER breasts. Neither him or his nurse were there when I woke up to explain why. He later admitted the surgery should have been done in two parts, and doing it all in one was overzealous — leading to too much blood loss in the OR. In my post op visit, he agreed to redo the surgery. Little did I know that I’d be paying more out-of-pocket to fix HIS mistake… I was charged over $1000 for the redo. I wish I could say the second surgery had better results but unfortunately I cannot. The scars from the lift are terrible and very visible — they don’t sit in the breast crease like they are supposed to. Also, the symmetry is completely off. This is a nightmare. After a year and a half post-op… I finally decided to go get a consultation from a new surgeon who specializes in reconstruction. This consultation gave me great insight on to what Dr. Guste is lacking when it comes to customer service and patient care. Aside from overpromising and under-delivering, Guste also does not provide a scar treatment plan, nor does he follow up with his patients post-surgery. (This is not the norm, so don’t sell yourself short by choosing Guste.)

I recently saw Dr. Guste and not only am I incredibly happy with my outcome, but I really have to also compliment some of the little things (that really are the big things): - the office is clean, attractive, and welcoming - the staff is so friendly, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable - I had next to no wait to be seen (I think I spent maybe two minutes in the waiting room, probably less). - Dr. Guste breaks the ice to make any conversation a smooth and comfortable one; he gives honest answers and feedback to questions and uncertainties you might have, and clearly has a lot of experience with all of the services he offers. He’s also very good with explaining and breaking things down for you. - Overall, I’m very satisfied, will be returning, and will be recommending to everyone I know.

Dr. Guste is awesome. I would recommend him to anyone. He was referred by my doctor, and I am so grateful he was. From the first time I went in for a consult, I can honestly say I felt comfortable. No anxiety like I usually get. He was straight forward what the plan was going to be. I never felt rushed, and he answered all my questions and concerns. If anyone is looking for a professional, caring and a skilled surgeon, they should really go and check him out. You won’t be sorry. If I ever need more surgery, he will be the one I see.

As a young woman wanting breast reduction I was nervous about a doctor making me feel dumb or naive for wanting this procedure, but that never happened once with Dr. Guste. He was very kind and validating of my feelings. He was never condescending when going over what to expect. This surgery was the best decision I ever made and Dr. Guste made the experience even more positive. I wish more young women had great experiences like mine with their doctors.

In 2018 I was ex with breast cancer and Dr. Guste was recommended. I was fired from my job bc of this and insurance drop and no doctor wanted to help me bc I had Medicaid. Also during that time my brother died unexpectantly and mother had a stroke. I felt hopeless and depress feeling like there was no light at the end of the tunnel, but when I met this doctor it was as a breath of fresh air bc he said he would do it and we will work on insurance , he is compassionate, kindhearted and he walk me through the process and did an amazing job , his staff was awesome as well. I am ever grateful to God for him and there is never a day that goes by I don't pray for him and his family the blessings of God continues in his life and the staff as well. I Tell everyone that is in need of plastic surgeon about him. I love him so much and he is far beyond 100%. He is definitely a man of integrity

He never made me feel like he was giving me cookie cutter recommendations. He listened to me and met if not surpassed all of my expectations for what I wanted to achieve. I am ecstatic with my results and cannot thank Dr. Guste enough.

Dr. Guste is a wonderful doctor. I feel so fortunate that my surgeon referred me to him when I had a post surgery tissue challenge. Not only is Dr. Guste very caring and personable, but his skill level is excellent. Dr. Guste has a clear level of advanced knowledge when it comes to cutting edge technology and techniques. He is conscientious, dependable and extremely proactive. I would definitely return to Dr. Guste, as well as recommend him to friends and family. He is surrounded with a team of very friendly, supportive and professional associates, too.

Mr. Guste, was patient and very understanding with my reasons. He did an outstanding job.
