I have been seeing Dr. Finstein for maybe three years for my knees, and once my shoulders. He is of course, very competent in his field. But far beyond his skill and competence in orthopedics, he has to be the most kind doctor I have ever met. He truly takes a personal interest in you as a person. He takes time to talk to you, never rushes you, and is sincerely concerned about your well-being. He asks you questions about your whole health, and once, when I felt a little queasy after I received one of the shots in my knees, he personally went out of the room and returned with a cup of water for me.. Can’t sing his praises enough.

This is the Most Efficient office I have ever attended! They need to be commended on Never making patients wait to see the doctor… I am Always, in and out!! I have X-rays, full exam, all my questions answered…. and a doctor who works With Me if I disagree with his “Moving Forward Plan”! I give a 10 to every part of this clinic….. doctors, billing, reception, nurses, technicians,cleanliness of offices,etc A BIG SHOUT OUT TO A GREAT JOB! Sheila Harris

I have been a patient at Pontchartrain Orthopedics and Sports Medicine since 2014. I moved here from New York City. I started having shoulder terrible pain in my right right shoulder and went to see Dr. Finstein. I had to hav surgery. The surgery went well. No complications and recovery was good. I started to have pain in my my left rotator cuff and Dr. Finstein took care of me. In 2022 I broke my humerus bone I immediately went to Dr. Finstein and he put my arm back together. I highly recommend Dr. Finstein and Pontchartrain Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.
