After I made an online appointment, I had a very poor experience on phone with Dr. Imsais's scheduling nurse, Tracey. She told me the doctor wished for me to cancel my appointment. Overall made the interaction very negative. Extremely disappointing as every other interaction at the Metairie Oschner Internal Medicine Clinic has been extremely positive except for this provider.
