Dr Zhang is an amazing doctor and acupuncturist. She is a good listener, very knowledgable, and adapts her style to your needs. I'm very pleased with Zen Acupuncture and so glad I found them!

I came here for treatment and was charged a higher amount due to my insurance needing to be processed; however, once I called to get the refund for overpayment the receptionist Kevin was extremely rude and refused to assist me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE THAT HAS INSURANCE AS THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND NOT REFUND YOU THE OVERPAYMENT.

I have C4,5,6 disks (neck) out of place. My mobility was at approximately 23%. After seeing the BEST acupuncture Dr., my mobility increased to 75% w/o any medication nor surgery! Thank you! You made my life more livable and less painful!

I really enjoyed the care I received from everyone. Very nice staff and they took the time to talk with me about my weight loss. The doctor is very knowledgeable and caring. She takes the time to listen to her patients. I never felt pressured. Kevin always makes things work for me even when I have to reschedule. Kevin helps me with my mom (she can't walk very well). Very kind hearted!!!!. I recommend this clinic to all my friends.

Dr. Zhang is one of the most caring and compassionate physicians I’ve ever worked with. She listens with empathy and works with you to find a solution. And her nurse, Kevin, is always very quick to respond to calls, emails or texts. I feel like I am well taken care of and I would definitely recommend Dr. Zhang to anyone seeking pain relief.

After my accident, I was left with chronic pain. Since I’ve been coming here; pain has decreased and my range of motion has increased. The people are awesome and I recommend them to everyone I know.

Dr Zhangs Acupuncture treatments have been nothing short of outstanding. I have suffered for over a decade with lower back pain. I have had multiple chiropractor visits with negative results. From the first visit Dr. Zhang’s treatments have alleviated the majority of my pain. Prior to her treatments I thought I was destined for electrical implants or a back operation to fuse my spine. Finally, there’s light at the end of the tunnel.

15 years after blotched neck surgery that left my neck, right arm and hand and hand swollen and with high levels of pain, the VA had given up on traditional treatments and sent me to Zen for acupuncture. The first 5 visits were non-productive, with only temporary relief to small sections being treated, but number 6 was a life changer. In consultation with a nerve specialist from New York, Dr Zhang applied press needles to a spot on my wrist near the radial artery where the median nerve was close to the surface. The press needles “confused” the pain signals from my neck. The result was astounding. I had a sense of touch in my thumb and forefinger for the first time since 2006. My pain level (rated at 6) was not diminished, but it did not increase with activity to an 8 with physical activity or stress as in the past. My fingers were swollen still, but I could feel. I bought a set of metal shelves for the joy of screwing nuts on bolts with my now useful fingers. I was skeptical about relief after the first 5 trips, but am glad I gave her time to figure it out.

Dr. Zhang has helped me improve my quality of life through the use of her acupuncture and acupressure techniques. I am able to continue my daily activities as well as having begun an exercise regiment since under her care. I am losing weight and feeling great!
