Dr Keitha Smith ENT has been very good to me She told me step by step of what she was doing She answered all my questions & Explained everything where I understood I've had no problem getting in & the nurses are understanding I was worried about going because of the ratings but I have no complaints at all Thank you Dr Smith

Don't waste your time. Saw her about tick in ear. I have long hair. She seemed more concerned about my hair than my ear. Treated me like a dog. Canceled appointment. No more of her attitude.

I give 2 stars because I was not impressed with her manner. I havel long & after looking in my ear she said I have hair ball but my regular. Dr. Saw tick. My husband told her the thing that came out of my ear had legs & I saw wings, too. She then said she could put me to sleep & surgically remove what she saw or I can continue using drops. Went to this place said I needed a sinus balloon that they would call me when the balloons were in this was in April I have called several times and they claim they still on back order so I started seeing someone else they staff always says I will talk to her and call you back but never does I will never go back here just wasted our time and problem could of been fixed back in April it’s been almost 5 months and still not a word

WORST PLACE TO GO. I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE COMING AND I STILL CAME, BECAUSE THE REVIEWS WERE A LITTLE DATED. WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY FOR SURE. SHE IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. I WILL NEVER RETURN.

Wasted my time for a visit that was worthless., Was suppose to get a call with apt about allergy testing and a hearing test.. NOT A WORD! No call at all..will never go back and highly WOULD NOY RECOMMEND!!

HORRIBLE. Unable to get this office to make appointments for imaging. Had to get PCP to do their job. After 6 weeks I had to start over with a new ENT. Don't waste your time or money. The nurse is inadequate and rude.
