I met Dr.Stell 15 years ago when he was delivering Babies.He delivered My son.He was and is a very Friendly and caring Dr..I would recommend him to anyone.He treats My whole Family and I know that when I see him I can be confident that he will be very understanding and get my health issus straightened out.
