He did my index finger release 2x and now i will be using a new doctor to have my 3rd surgery on my index finger. This is surgery gone wrong 2x.

My total shoulder replacement done by Dr. Cameron Best at Froedtert&MCW failed within weeks after starting therapy. Dr. Best refused to admit my surgery failed and I had to seek another opinion, after just one visit to another surgeon it was determined that I have a torn bi-cep tendon which has now rolled down my arm. I would not recommend Dr. Best for any type of shoulder replacement at all. I cannot believe he treated me the way he did, he actually refused to help me after the surgery.

My shoulder replacement failed within weeks of surgery and Dr. best did absolutely nothing to repair it. He insisted that nothing was wrong even though x-ray showed ball and socket were out of place. I was told it could take a year to heel, it never did. I can’t believe a surgeon would ignore the fact that something is still wrong. After a 2nd opinion it was shown on a ultrasound that my bi-cep had torn and had slipped down my arm and I also had a complete rotator cuff tear. This Dr. strung me along for over a year!

After having a complete total shoulder replacement due to arthritis from Dr. Cameron Best, I would not recommend him to anyone. My shoulder replacement failed within weeks of therapy. I returned to him and was told nothing was wrong even though my x-rays showed different. I was told it was inflammation and would get better with time, it never did. After several more visits and x-rays I was told the same. My x-rays still showed ball and socket out of place. Dr.Best avoided any type of test to determine what was the problem was. After reviewing my office notes from him he was saying everything is fine! My shoulder said no! After another visit he became annoyed at me, gave me a injection and said he would discuss my problems with his colleagues and get back to me with a plan, he never did. After several texts to him though my chart, I received a text back from his nurse saying he forgot and would again get a plan going. Again no text back from him. After more texts I received another text from his nurse apologizing for him and saying that he was on top of it and will get right back to me. Again no response, at this point I started to look for another doctor. I then received a letter from him saying he’s moving from Milwaukee to be closer to his parents. He transferred me another surgeon at the same hospital! I made a appointment with him and after one visit was told that I have problems with my shoulder and was given a ultrasound. The ultrasound showed my bi-cep tendon was torn and had slipped down my arm, also complete rotator cuff torn. My god dr. Best knew something was very wrong and did nothing. He played me out for a year and a half. He now lives in New Orleans, I pray for the people there who choose this surgeon for shoulder replacement.

I am a surgical RN who is in need of a right shoulder replacement due to arthritis. My friend recommended Dr Best because she had great results and I was hoping for the same. I have witnessed very painful and long recovery times from other Drs. I am ecstatic with my results. One week of pain meds, PT and 3 months later full range of motion. I am now going to have my left shoulder done and can’t wait! Dr Best is the BEST!!!!!!!

I have had a shoulder replacement and a thumb repair with Dr Best. He is a very good surgeon. He listens to the patient and has a very pleasant manner. I complete confidence in Dr Best. He is not quick to do surgery, he considers options. He wants to know about how you use the joint, how I use my shoulder is different than someone with a construction job. Good discussion of pain control. Honest about results and post-op pain.

Dr Best repaired my arm with a plate and screws after I broke it in a fall. He did a fantastic job. The only time I even think about it is when I see the scar. It feels just like the other one. Can’t thank him enough.

Dr. Best takes the time to listen to his patients and gives them a good understanding of the prognosis. His office staff in West Bend are great. He bent over backwards to get me into see him ASAP for a fractured wrist. I work with many MDs and he's one of the best. Can't say enough! Wait time was minimal.
