A friend was visiting from Kingwood when she fell outside a restuarant in Ruston her first day here. Dr. Finley saw her and quickly admitted her to the hospital for a broken hip and repaired the hip first thing the next morning. She was treated like a queen and had the best care anyone could possible ask for. I appreciate and admire the professional and personal service provided to us by this great doctor.

If you toto be treated like crap! By the entire staff! Then go here. Dr finley told me I had a broken bone without looking at the xray. Which means he was wrong! Staff are mean! This place sucks!

Staff is rude. Do not keep accurate notes on diagnosis or prescriptions. Just a horrible total experience. From beginning to end!

The doctor was wonderful! The front staff not so much! They were rude enough that I am looking for a different doctor. Talking on the phone with them was horrible. They cut you off and act like you are stupid.

The physician is excellent. His nurse was rather "snippy" and curt. Not friendly at all. Front office staff excellent.

Has used this doctor for 9 years and even for surgery. No complicatins, very caring and staff also. Even called to check on me at home after the surgery. Cares about his patients and themgetting better.
