0 stars! DO NOT COME HERE! These people are unprofessional and DO NOT care about their patients. My father-in-law is here. They have found cancer in various parts of his body. Apparently even that is not important enough to communicate with us, or do the tests that they said they were going to do DAYS ago. They've made him go without food and drink for hours, more than once, because they were supposedly going to finally do the testing. We've been told a few times that he was "next," but that never pans out. This isn't like "bad service" that you would have in a restaurant when your food ends up being cold. This is quite literally LIFE AND DEATH, and most of these people are only concerned with doing the absolute minimum so that they can collect a paycheck. I don't know how this place is even open when they can't even care for ONE PERSON! I cannot emphasize enough how important it is for you to NOT come here! We are in getting prepared to take my father-in-law to a different hospital. We are devastated at the lack of communication and the lack of care, and how horribly we ALL have been treated.

The people in the front room were so rude and laughed at me. Teach your employees to not laugh at patients and be rude. They completely gave up on me didn’t even try to help me. Thank god for Dr. Dishman office in Morgan City across the street who was able to look at my throat one time and found 3 issues! The hospital checked my throat 3 times & found nothing!

My daughter was treated in the Emergency Room and Ms. Jennifer Boudreaux was the attending Nursing Assistant. I would like to express our sincere appreciation for the work that she did. She was courteous and friendly and made us feel comfortable. Her ability was outstanding and we knew that we could trust her. She was thorough and and efficient. She gave us such confidence to know we were in good hands. Ms Boudreaux deserves as much praise as we can give her and Ochsner St Mary is lucky to have her. Thank you for taking good care of my daughter Ms Boudreaux!

This hospital, along with EMT all said my 2 new old niece had over dosed on drugs.well a follow up with another doctor determined the child did not have any drugs,she has hypoglycemia.which is when your blood sugar goes low.not only did they give narcan they did other things at the hospital and called child protection on the parents.

Great staff and excellent care.

Be aware that the security guards are very rude and harass the patients as they enter the emergency room.

You wouldn't want to go here if at all possible.

Will never bring another person to this fraud of a facility. They do nothing for you, can't find a bandaid or tape for wounds and IV bleeds. They have no technicians to do emergency needed test like MRI or MRA or cat scans, much less any doctor that can read them on a weekend. Brought family in which was having a major stroke and they let him lay there without any treatment for it risking permanent paralyzing and vegetable state. Dr said he needed test ran but that they had nobody who could do them, and they refused us medical transfer to a facility that could provide what he needed. Admitted him and literally only monitored his blood pressure. Hadnt had any food or water for 2 days and we had to beg for fluids, and they only agreed to 500 cc of fluids. Told us our only optiin would be to discharge him and we drive him ourself to Thibodaux emergency room so he could get the treatment he needed. And yes thats exactly what I done. Immediately they administered medication to thin the blood flowing and many other medically needed treatments to get control of the strokes he was having. They were coming every 8 hours and this fraud facility just let him lay there with a heart monitor. Never will they see anyone I know here. Horrible place. They good at telling you that you have a UTI for everything you seek treatment for. Walk in hemorrhaging and walk out diagnosed with oh it's a UTI.

Terrible experience. Violated by staff that did not respect my needs or right. When calling the complaint department I've been given the run around for about 3 weeks now.

We absolutely love this hospital! My son went in to ER and we were seen right away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The nurses were all great with my son, he wanted to go back lol
