I have been dealing with Dr. Thurston for quite a while. Sh0e has been rude on occasions, but has kept a professional smile. I have waited on her and staff on numerous occasions for glucose monitors, strips, medicines, c pap machine information, weeks months. I don't find her to care to much. I have diabetes there was no tests done to find out why. Its not always because you are over weight. Today was the last straw. There is a window open if you are late. I was not given that curtousey. I am in need of a hip replacement I am in a lot if pain. She is not active in helping me to get to goal of operation

I definitely would not recommend, her or her staff. No compassion, uncaring. Wait and them working to get things you need like c pap , gluecose monitor strips they take their times.

HER NURSES ARE HORRIBLE,she's a great doctor but staffing is horrible. VERY RUDE AN UNPROFESSIONAL.
