Definitely not impressed. She was manner less and short. She had no will at all to have my son as her patient. It's almost as if she thought we owed her something.When leaving my son and I spoke at the same time about finding another doctor. I'd give her negative stars if it was an option.

She took care of my granddaughter and my husband. She identified my husband's problem immediately and after 3 days on a new medication, the problem was solved.She performed a procedure on my granddaughter and everything was so professionally taken care of, excellent explanations, and follow-up. My granddaughter feels better right after the surgery than she did before. She's so happy to have that behind her. Highly recommend Dr. Anderson and the staff at NRMC!!

Dr. Anderson and the audiologist, Angela, were both very helpful, attentive, and kind to my 10 year old. Loved them both! Also, the appointment was on time. There was barely any waiting at all.

Only thing I'd suggest is that when a patient comes in for a follow up from test run, that the office staff make sure the report is back so Dr. wont be looking for it.
