My first impression of the front desk assistant was that she was unprofessional and opinionated regarding others especially of my Primary Care Provider. The remarks she made left me wondering how the rest of my visit would turn out. Then came the drilling from the Doctor he was more concerned as to why I had not paid my bill with a previous Eye Care Facility than my condition. I felt like I was on a collection call than at the eye Doctor after my exam he quickly stated that the place he performs surgeries that take Medicaid were booked up for months and they'd call me if they get a cancellation. He gone led me to believe that he just didn't want any dealings with me at all.

I came to this doctor for irritation in my eye and he diagnosed me with "Ocular Herpes" or herpes of the eye. I tried to reason with him but he sticked to his diagnosis. He put me on a viral medicine for 10 days. I did not agree with his diagnosis and I went for second opinion in Houston. Doctor in Houston diagnosed me bacterial infection which he said will be cured by putting some eye drops. I am all good now! Beware who you go to and read every doctor's credentials before selecting!

Thank You Dr. An Nguyen! You have made the diagnosis that all the other doctors were scratching their heads trying to figure out. I am eternally grateful. Thank you for spending the time talking to me and helping me understand what has been going on with my vision blurriness. Its much better now and I will make sure I send everyone that needs a smart guy like you straight to your office when I hear that they are dealing with vision problems also.

Dr. Nguyen is amazing. He really seems to know what he's doing and I trust him one hundred percent. I will send everyone I know to him because I know he will take care of them. He is now located in New Orleans east area now. Its a brand new office so everything is nice and new. Easy to make an appointment. Hard to find these days!
