I had been a patient of Dr. Montegudo since November 2021. She was fine for the most part; however, in the past few months, she just completely fell off the map. A few weeks after my medication got changed, I sent her a message on the healow app saying that my depression was getting worse and that we need to change the dosage again. She never responded. About a month later, I missed my appointment and left a voicemail for someone to call me back. She never responded. This shows how little she cares for her patients.

After having to wait for 20 or so minutes, Dr. Montegudo flew through my intake questionnaire, didn't have my correct psychiatric records, and decided she knew better than the psychiatrist who made my initial diagnosis based on a hurried and cold questionnaire process that didn't even address most of the symptoms that indicate my disorder.
