Nursing staff have all been extremely pleasant, that's what the 4 stars are for. I'm taking off one because scheduling, billing, and insurance are a nightmare. I would give that whole department 0 stars. Chronically ill patients should not have to facilitate every step of insurance processing. I've literally had to set up a three way call between my insurance company and this place for them to believe me that my infusions were approved. And I have to remind every single staff member if something has changed with my treatment plan. Great place great people. Very clean and comfortable for the patients. Each patient being treated has their own room with a big comfy chair and a tv. All the nurses try to make the visit as good as possible considering. They also deliver home iv meds feeding tube nutrition and so much more
