Womens house is too chaotic. They have a manual that is outdated and dont go by it anymore. Incoming clients do not receive proper info or materials unless they go hunt them down on their own. Staff is only friendly on their own terms and very quick to dismiss you if you doubt the program. Director Veronica asked what the issues were and as I listed off all the holes in the program, was quick to cut me off to tell me plenty of people have graduated. High five for them. You still have a flawed system. Dont ask for feedback if you aren't willing to hear it - especially if group YOU implemented that morning was discussing constructive criticism

If you want help, they will help you. if you're unsure about whether or not you want help, they will help you. if you don't want help, they will still try and help you until you hopefully reach a point where you want it for yourself. it would probably be impossible to quantify how many lives this place has saved.
