DO NOT GO HERE! I was treated like I was stupid! The staff was HORRIBLE! They were very disrespectful and incompetent! First, they argued with me about my insurance coverage! One of the ladies my insurance was only good for vision. THEN she decided I was stupid and didn’t know what vision meant!Then... when I got in and was asked about family history, the woman did not know what a triglyceride was and even asked me to spell it! I’M NOT KIDDING!!I have NO confidence in this clinic at all! They never told me what my lab results were either!I wouldn’t trust a DOLL to their healthcare. If I could give negative stars, I would!I had a horrible experience and will NEVER go back!Don’t waste your time! Go to a real healthcare provider!

I Do NOT recommend this clinic! Went 7 days ago with pain and difficulty urinating. After giving a urine sample they informed me it was normal. Then TWO days after, right before they closed I received a call that they "mixed up" the lab. I went back to give another sample just to have to wait over the weekend for results. They gave me a steroid shot and sent me home. Meanwhile I ended up in the ER and now waiting for surgery. I feel this could have been prevented if the infection were treated last week. You should feel confident a clinic could at least diagnose an infection. I'm so upset. I can't figure out how to rate a negative Star.

There are some lovely folks working here. I live in LA but come to Nola often to visit family & friends. I started getting a sore throat right at the beginning of my stay & my friend who lives on the Point rec'd Common Ground. They took care of me right away & the Doc was super kind & friendly. Nice to know this place exists!

I have been going to this clinic for over 2 years to see my Dr. Recently my doctor let the putative and started his own. From what I understand there was a difference of business management issue. I called in to make my 3 month follow up appt and he was no longer there, I asked where he was and they said that they didn't know. They told me I had to change my dr. To Lawson baker. only my spot I asked her what happened to him she wouldn't tell me. They were acting very weird and unprofessional about it like he had done something wrong. Anyway I found him and I left this clinic but they are crooked and unprofessional.
