Some of the nurses are great and helpful. The majority are terrible. One nurse withheld my pain meds for 2hours. I told her my Dr wanted me up walking and she basically called me a liar and said the Dr didn't tell me that and I needed to go lay down.
Our father was transported to the OKC, OK hospital yesterday. First we did not agree to that, second no one will call us to tell us how he is doing. We cannot get anyone on the phone to tell us how he is doing. When I finally got ahold of a nurse I asked the nurse if we could have someone call us once a day to give us an update and she told me “no that cannot be done.” Well if he’s too weak to even press the call button and we are not allowed in there due to covid, then how are we supposed to know if he is okay? I would not allow anyone to send their family members or thea selves there!
There are really no nice words to describe this place. THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE!!! My father was sent here from vanderbilt after a massive aortic dissection causing multiple strokes. Being to critical for home but not critical enough to remain in the hospital my mother chose this place due to lack of covid. At the begining the visitation policy was 1 family member for 1 hour daily except weekend (absolutely no visitors on weekends) for the duration of his stay. Well the 2nd week that changed to only 30 minutes 3 days a week. We were told we could call and check on him anytime day or night hahaha that was a joke. If anyone answered the phone you were put on hold and Noone ever came back. When my mother would go for her visits she would have to make an appointment and would still have to wait for them to "get him cleaned up". He was not being taken care of his hair was all matted in the back where he'd been laying on it. He has compression wraps on his legs from vanderbilt which were still on him 2 days after being admitted here that were cutting into his jegs causing his feet to turn purple. When mom would go visit and tell these people that there was a problem one of them workers had the audacity to tell her she was the problem. Noone would answer his call light so mom told him to yell for help and when he did they got onto to him because he should only be yelling for help if its an emergency. They were not doing any kind of therapy for him for 2 weeks or more because "we have to get to know him and he needs to get to know us". I believe he only got physical therapy maybe 3 time in the almost month he was there which is a major set back for him. They kept lying to him telling him they would do this one day and 48 hours later he would get to come home. I highly recommended NOT using this place for your loved ones. They are better off at home with people who don't really know what they are doing. They also stole supplies from him saying they were theirs when he was charged for those at vanderbilt. THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE.
My grandpa was in there last week and it was horrible the staff was so mean and unprofessional. My grandpa was unresponsive they didn’t reach out to my parents until the next day at 11 am and now he is in ICU. I would not send anyone there at all.
I don't know about others experiences but these people have taken extremely good care of me. The nurses are as sweet as honey and they go out of their way to make sure that you have what you need and are comfortable during your stay here. This is a long-term facility and I was pretty badly broken and I've got nothing but nice things to say about everyone here. God bless these people and I'm going to come visit them in the future after I get on my feet to thank them and to tell them I love them very much.
I had the privilege of being treated at Cobalt Rehab Hospital in Fargo, ND after a craniotomy and resection of the left hemisphere of my brain to remove a tennis ball sized tumor. I arrived with at the most 5% use of my right leg, and major balance issues which would have made living at home a dangerous situation. With their intensive rehabilitation from both a physical and occupational standpoint, I left their facility walking with a cane, and able to do several tasks around the house. In addition, I feel confident on uneven outdoor surfaces, going up and down stairs, and I've developed a strong knowledge of when I need to rest during my recovery period. Cobalt's staff was amazing and knew how and how much to push me past what I thought I was able to do. The food was delicious, and the facilities made me feel extremely comfortable. If you need physical, occupational or speech rehabilitation, I highly recommend this faciltiy.
Thank you for helping my mother your staff got her well and we got her to a rehab at home it was a long road 3 weeks quiet a drive you don’t need coffee the drivers on the freeway will keep you awake and on your toes many turkey sandwich’s. But in the end it was all worth it
I would give zero stars if possible. I wouldn't send anyone here. The staff is very unproffessional and most are very disrespectful to patients. It is run more like a prison than a hospital. I am currently here and cry daily wishing I would've chosen a different facility. I ignored a few bad reviews and now regretting it so very much. Most patients here have PICC lines and I can say from experience their procedures are NOT sterile. I was a nurse myself before becoming I'll so I know what should and shouldn't be done. I had a line in over a month before coming here and within the first week it was very infected and had to be removed and another one placed in the LEFT arm which isn't the optimal placement for a line. Since having that one placed my arm gives me lots of pain. There is so much that I can't even get to all of it just please take heed to these negative reviews.
Horrible place. Horrible management. Horribly unorganized and unprofessional.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
