I brought my fiance here to get stitches removed and establish a primary care doctor. We had an excellent experience. Facilities were clean, only waited 10 min to be seen. Only 1 other person in the waiting room, not crowded at all. There was a female student doctor assisting Dr. Bouchette, she was excellent!! Her bedside manner was phenomenal. She took an hour to get all of the medical history, and go over her medications. She made a lot of great recommendations for diet and exercise as well. Dr. Bouchette had a nice calming presence and made my fiance feel comfortable while removing stitches. He also used it as a teaching opportunity for his student/intern. Great overall experience with the nurses, doctors, and facilities. We will be back!

Could not get my prescription filled, even though they said it was " sent over on emergency"...a week ago. It's been 7 days and was told I have to wait an additional day. This is my breathing medication by the way. Such a joke DO NOT GO HERE.

Absolutely never again! The only thing worse than a doctor that really doesn't pay much attention to you or ask you any questions is a lazy uneducated staff that doesn't reply promptly or at all. I've been out of meds for 3 days, called to find out what was going on, his assistant said she didn't know, I told her I was out of meds and it was friday and waiting till moday was dangerous and could she look into it... SHE SAID NO! She was on her lunch break. accck. NEVER AGAIN!!!

My wife had an 1:30 PM appointmentHowever we sign in at 1:15 PM and thenurse didn't call her until 2:19 PM he givesto many patient the same time appointmentand he doesn't have enough doctors on staff

The office staff are rude. This is the first doctor I've been to where you pay before your doctor visit. Like I'm going to get treated and bolt out of the door after I receive treatment. He is very uncompassionate. I'm not a drug-seeker. I have a hairline fracture in my spine according to an orthopaedic surgeon plus bad arthritis. The pain gets unbearable. He used to give me refills when I first started seeing him for vicodin, but now he and his staff lie and tell me "oh, they never received the refill request from the pharmacy". Or he'll just deny a refill. In the rare cases where he did authorize a refill, you have to wait about a week. He used to be caring but I cannot keep missing work due to back pain. I have to find a doctor that is not afraid of prescribing narcotics. It's my body. I know what I need.
