List of Dr. Sarah Jackson's Reviews
I don't know how to, adequately, explain what Dr. Sarah Jackson means to be as my physician. I've been her patient for a good number of years. She is thoughtful, pleasantly upbeat, gentle, soft spoken and reassuring. She spends whatever time a patient may need to speak with her about their concerns regarding their ailment and treatment. She is confident and competent. She administers medical care that is appropriate for her patient. I've always had very satisfactory experiences when visiting with Dr. Jackson. I would certainly recommend her to family and friends. I speak about her and how "good" she is as a physician.Shirley C Armstrong
I think different patients prefer different types of doctors and medical establishments according to how one is reared and the life lived up to the present. For me, Dr. Jackson's office was EXACTLY what I love. The staff was very polite, considerate of me, and knowledgeable of the questions I had. Dr. Jackson herself was funny and witty and seemed to be right on top of what I wanted and expected. I cannot imagine that anyone would not love her. For me, she was the best!
More spam from Audubon Dermatology. They have 3 or 4 listings here, all with different phone numbers, but they route to the same place.
Rushed visits; little patient interaction, more so just dictating to her nurse.
The worst doctor experience I have ever had. If she had simply examined my skin, my two rare skin conditions would have been diagnosed. Unfortunately, she did not. I ended up going to another dermatologist whom did. Easily. One condition is so bad I can go into anaphylactic shock. I feel very lucky this did not happen due to her not doing her job. I would give negative stars if possible.
I was scheduled for a Revitalize or Vitalize peel, they are trying to sell me topical crap which I know DOES NOT WORK. As a RN, I feel they are trying to string me along ans suck as much money as they can from me. I want what I want and what I was to pay for. They tried some kind of peel (NOT WHAT I WANTED) and the tech that applied it missed all the problem areas. Like she was afraid to touch me, I had a horrible experience and they can cancel all the rest of those appointments, I found someone in Miami who will give me what I want!
Dr. Jackson is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She is extremely intelligent and up to date with her field, and she is also very personable with great bedside manner. She actively listens to your concerns and addresses everything. The only negative I can say is that there were a couple of times that I had to wait ~30mins for my appt. The office is busy and can sometimes be hard to get it, but it's worth it. She's fantastic! I also like the technology they use to connect with patients.
Dr. Jackson is one of my most favorite doctors! She is extremely intelligent and up to date in her field in impressive detail. She has great bedside manner and is very personable. I always feel comfortable talking to her about my concerns. She actively listens and explains all questions. She is very accurate and trustable with diagnoses. I actually switched to her after 1 visit with Dr. Lupo, and it was the BEST decision EVER!! Sometimes she talks fast, but if you go in with a notepad and a list of questions/issues it is easy to address them all. There were a few times that I felt a little rushed, but it is easy to contact her office with questions in between visits. They use a great patient portal that has all of your information as well as an easy way to contact the office. The office is always prompt in returning calls or following up. I have spoken to a rude staff member or two before, but 99% of the time everyone has been super nice, very helpful, and always prompt! She shares the office with Dr. Hooper and sometimes they get very busy. I have had to wait ~20 mins before for my appt when I arrived early, but that was only a couple times in 2 years. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Jackson for her sound medical knowledge, her experience, and her personality.
This place is a JOKE, right? I'm calling them out on their professionalism and handling of appointments. I'm called the morning of an appointment so they can cancel on me. It's only the THE SECOND TIME they've done this. Of course this is frustrating, and I asked when the second cancellation occurred, why my appointment was being canceled. The girl told me "they had training". The phone nearly fell out of my hand. Are you kidding me? TRAINING? TODAY? REALLY? Let me get this straight. You just walk in that morning at 8:30 and just on a whim, decide let's do training and cancel our patients quick before they get here. This blow came during the holidays when I had altered holiday travel plans just to make the appointment work. Dr. Jackson, how do I get my time back?
Treated the illness and not the person--rushed through and spent maybe 5 minutes with me and made assumptions about me without having a conversation with me--must be limited by the medical practice in the time allowed to see a patient..guess out to make money by seeing many illnesses(not people with illnesses) within a time period. The receptionists were the BEST--eye contact, friendly, helpful

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
