Worst hospital in New Orleans. Literally Useless. Ive gone multiple times and leave out the exact same if not worse. Long waits, No help and for nothing. I dont care if i get SHOT in the East. Take me to Charity, University or anywhere Else @ least theyll actually see whats wrong and do something about it

It was horrible my husband felt ill 😷 so we went to New Orleans East Emergency Room. We both toke the test at 8:30 at 3:00am we were still sitting there. Finally I got someone to come from the back and they said we might as well leave we can get results from portal in 24 hours. Another patient said so just leave and infect others she said it didn’t matter. They have more important people to worry about. We all said we won’t be back.

If you want to die go to New orleans east hospital, I waited over 7 hours and they are very rude in the emergency area they don't even no how to pronounce your name they are the worst hospital

Went in for a COVID Test and waited 4 hoursYou would be a skeleton before you get seenStaff don’t talk loud when calling patients names or giving directions. Very slow !!!!Do not go !! If you care about your life

If I could give this hospital a negative 1,000 stars, I would. This place is horrible, I mean absolutely horrible. I would have a better chance on waiting for judgemnt day than to see a doctor in this Emergency room.

Went to the hospital having a bad allergic reaction and my throat nearly closing up! Nobody was at the front desk at all! No nurses were available! I waited almost a hour and nobody was at the front desk to help me! I would have been dead by then if my allergic reaction was really bad! I do not recommend this place at all. Just drive uptown please!

This was absolutely the worst Hospital I have ever went too. I had a bad allergic reaction and there was no one there to check to see if I was okay. The front desk clerk was not at his/her station. I would not tell anybody to go there if they were about to die. Absolutely horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst place! My daughter was discharged because the doctor thought that she was indigent! She has Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and is a paying customer but, due to the nature of her emergency the ER doctor had no compassion on her and refused to treat her or talk to me concerning her health. I am filing a complaint against this hospital for employing such horrible doctors!

I had an appointment to see dr Russo for 10:30 they asked that I come 15 minutes early. I get there at 10:13am. I waited until 11:14 and still haven’t been called to the back. This is the second of third time I’ve left and not been seen. The front desk lady is rude. The manager was rude. This office has no respect for patients time. Please go elsewhere.
