My daughter was born in December and it's now April. I have yet to receive her birth certificate. I have call numerous times after the 4 week waiting period to which I was always told. "it's being processed, there's nothing we can do" I've called to the point where the receptionist got annoyed by hearing my voice. Eventually I call and they informed me that it was sent to vital records 3/5/2022, but haven't received anything yet. I have went to the lengths of calling Louisiana vital records and they have informed me the are missing a document that was supposed to be sent by Ochsner!!! I am so frustrated and fed up with the birth certificate department that I am about ready to scream. I've been trying to be patent. I've been trying to be kind but what if ( god forbid) something happens to her and I can't prove she's was even born!!!! 100/10 WOULD NOT RECCOMEND HAVING A CHILD HERE!My daughter was born in December and it's now April. valet parking has been close during my last two visit. why,?

My kind is blown right now. We were 10 minutes late for my 1 year old appointment this morning only to be turned away by Ellen E. Lyle. She said we would have to reschedule for another date. I check to see when the next available day is and they tell me about two weeks from now. Then hear Ms. Lyle in the background saying she is not available for that day neither. So therefore it would be another month for my 1 year old to get his shots. Shame on you Ms. Lyle because if it was your child and you were running a little late you would be mad too. I parked in valet and was waiting outside of my car in a wheelchair and a woman ran over me I still don’t know her information to get my car repaired and no one at Ochsner Baptist has reached out to me with the information I am never ever coming back to Ocshner baptist ever again the valet did not do her job then she tried to say the car hit her this is ridiculous someone needs to get in touch with me and settle this information I need that woman’s information so I can get my car repaired ASAP. Instead I’m constantly being ignored. It happened March 17 at 9:45 to 10 AM. Even Security didn’t help.
