Absolutely love Dr Chang I had surgery September 30th she such a compassionate kind generous Dr she cares for her patient absolutely recommend her for anyone that's going threw any time of cancer thank you dr chang ❤❤❤❤
My appointment was early in the morning ,I didn't wait long at all first visit , but my second visit the wait was pretty lengthy . Once I was in back Dr Cheng took a little while to come in the room but she is a busy Dr which I understand so not a complaint . Once she was in the room she is very caring , and she answers all questions, she spends time with you & explains really well what's going on . I love that she actually takes time to know your situation and doesn't run out just because she has other patients . My surgery went very well . She was very attentive to my calls after surgery . She also had her nurse call and check on me , which meant a lot . I would definitely would recommend Dr Cheng
My experience with Dr. Cheng was nothing short of great (as great as impending surgery can be!). While her appointment promptness wasn't so great I found the reason to be because she spends as much time with her patient as the patient needs. She answers questions, thoroughly explains the situation, the remedy...step by step. With me I had never had surgery before and I found her to be upbeat, professional but not stuffy, warm and unbelievably knowledgeable. My surgery went without a hitch and each time I called the office for follow-up information they were ready with the answers. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Cheng, without reservation.
just a bit of common courtesy would have been nice. I am a 20 ovarian cancer survivor. After relocating to New Orleans in 2004, I had an appointment with this doctor. She very rudely snapped, "it's been 14 years, you don't need to see me, go see a regular gyn". Needless to say, I never went back.
