Completely fixed my right hip after a long term dance injury and is the only reason my mother is still not in pain after years of doctors providing her with no relief.

I had ddd and suffered with debilitating pain at times. I had been seeing an orthopedic surgeon, did PT, had epidurals, stretched, whatever- I tried it. I finally made my way to Dr. Rilette and I was so out of alignment, to look at the x-rays he took, was shocking. It took about 5 months of weekly visits, but my pain was 99% resolved. 5 months may sound like a long time, but like he would remind me-I didn't get to this point in a day, so he can't fix it in a day. A lifetime of unhealthy posture and habits takes time to undo. But it was worth it, I had my life back.

Dr. Josh is the best. Customer service is friendly and always helpful. Walking out you definitely feel better and there’s no one else I would trust more with back pain.

I spend a lot of time working to feel good in my body. I was working out and lift heavy and just wasn’t feeling the best or reaching my full range I was unaware of my imbalances. Voila, I found this wonderful space, I feel so much better after each visit, decompressed and flexible. The atmosphere, Dr. Peter Toumba and the receptionist are comforting and kind.
