My insurance card clearly says $0 copay , but because I came on a Sunday they claimed the couldn't verify my insurance, despite me pre registering the day prior. I did not bother to argue because I work with insurance! Soon as I walked in I said " hello " and was treated as though " why are you here"... as if I had interrupted their day! I was not acknowledged whatsoever. No one else was in the office. I have a sprained wrist and thought I needed some attention. I will ice pack my wrist and care for it myself, luckily my injury isn't serious. What if I was severely injured? They had no clue what I was in there for! I'm wondering if I can report this to the BBB.

I have been to this location a few times and I have been so happy with the great people who have helped me get well and the cleanliness of this facility. Even on a Monday morning, I was greeted with smiles and happy people which makes it nice when you're not feeling well. They took the extra time to help me locate my new insurance information when they could have just collected my payment and make me file with my insurance company later. It's always clean, they are always proficient, and the doctors are knowledgeable and pleasant as well. I would definitely recommend that you make the drive to this location, you all would be very pleased that you did. Thank you all at Urgent Care Eleven on N Broad St. You are the BEST!!

I came in the clinic in a lot of pain but thought I was having a minor issue. I was surprised when the doctor recommended going to the ER after a quick check but she was right, I ended up needing emergency surgery.

I went to this urgent care with an ongoing injury to my hip. I prechecked in and arrived early for my appointment. The front desk attendant asked why I was there and I explained I had an injury and was worried it was not healing properly. She said she had to speak to the provider. She told me that the provider said I should go to the ER. No exam, no consultation, not even a question about my history. I walked out in tears because of the complete lack of concern or compassion from the people working here. Emergency rooms are for emergencies...Not a place to ship off people who you don't want to take the time to treat.
