My daughter’s pediatrician thought she had torticollis and so we embarked on 5 months of physical therapy. It never made a difference. I pushed for more help because this didn’t sit right with me. The PT recommended seeing a sports medicine doctor. After seeing him, he felt she should see an orthopedist and a neurologist because he wasn’t certain what was going on with her tilting her head. This lead us to Dr. Accousti. Dr. Accousti was so patient, he had excellent bedside manner causing my daughter to relax and cooperate. He was very informative, and thankfully, all the things he was looking into were ruled out. Of course, I was still left with the burning question of what was wrong with my baby. I told him this and said I just wished for guidance on what to do next. I wish I knew what else to do to figure out what was going on. He suggested seeing an Opthamologist because it could be a cranial nerve dysfunction. He told me who to call and we went to see Dr. Ellis. Thanks to Dr. Accousti’s patience and listening to an anxious Mom lament on her feelings of helplessness, my daughter’s cranial nerve dysfunction: double vision, was caught and corrected before she went blind. I can never thank him enough for giving my child his time, his patience, and for taking the time to think of other routes I could explore. Dr. Ellis said that she would’ve gone blind in one eye if we had not caught it in the next 6-12 months.Recently, I took my newest baby to see him who developed a limp after a viral infection. Again, his entire staff, including him were so friendly, patient, kind, and informative. I left feeling comforted and reassured. I highly recommend Dr. Accousti, because he will listen to your child’s entire story and he will take his time to figure out what is going on.

I just randomly searched for Dr Accoousti while in my bed think about how blessed I was to have him perform spinal fusion on me 17 years ago. He was the only Dr. at at children’s hospital who was willing and enthused to do such a severe case on a 11-year-old, mind you he was fresh out of med school lol. He done such an awesome job that I’ve never experienced any difficulties or Pain in all 17 years. I now do yoga and studied ballet for 10 years prior to my surgery. I just want to say thank you Dr. Accousti your the greatest Dr next to Dr. Strange in my book lol.

he was rude and discounted all feelings. he also said that my actual doctor was wrong about my diagnosis (multiple doctors agree with my diagnosis).

Dr. Accousti is very compassionate towards his patients and their families. He always answers all of our questions in the clinic and when we call afterwards with more questions. He has provided exceptional care for our daughter.

Accousti almost cost my son permanent nerve loss and use of his arm. Because of him my son has a plate and 13 screws in his arm. So thankful I found a great orthopedic surgeon and neurologist to fix Accousti's mess. .

Excellent service, great bedside manner he's a Doctor that still treats you as if you are his only patient and makes sure you understand never rushing even though you know he has a 100 more people to see. Very good PA"s too

My daughter was born with a club foot and Dr. Accousti had her start treatment that very day, casting her leg and foot himself. He wanted to make sure it was done right! He did that every week for over a month. Our daughter is now 2 and running, jumping, walking, and climbing. You can't even tell she ever had a problem.

We love Dr Accousti. I have a very medically complex child, and Dr Accousti is always so helpful. He actually listens to me and helps me make the best choices possible to extend the care and comfort of my boy.

Amazing! From the diagnosis to our daughter scoliosis to the end of the surgery to the follow-up care amazing doctor amazing bedside manner he really cares. We are moving to a new city but still will come back to Dr. Accousti.

He's awesome. He's treating my 15 month old grandson and is so on top of things. We are truly satisfied.
