Went in for an ear infection that didn't clear up after one round of antibiotics. I'm 19 weeks pregnant and he was very rude and was insisting on a covid test(despite already having tested negative for covid as a previous precaution, which made my nose bleed for days following) and x-ray before seeing me, then lied on my after visit summary as to why I came in, to make it sound like I had covid symptoms. I left without being seen because I don't trust him to care for me as a patient, or feel like he cares about treating me accurately or safely while pregnant. Be seen by Dr. Rachel instead.

I went to see Dr. Andrew Parks because my regular doctor moved to a different office. I was feeling bad and I am one to not go see a doctor!! But Dr. Parks is an awesome guy. Even when I was feeling bad he still made me laugh just that little thing made me feel good. I’m usually cranky when feeling bad. I made a decision that day to use him as my primary care doctor. I will now keep up with my health better now because Dr. Parks REALLY cares for his patients. He is a great guy. So I would recommend if you live in the area you should use him. You will love him !! So Dr. Andrew Parks, Thank You for the laugh in your office and I will be your patient for as long as you will take care of me medically!!! You won me over as a new patient as well as my family!! ???? Two thumbs up Doc !!!! Thank You and God Bless !! ????
