Love this hospital it is small but everyone always helpful when my children was small we lived in Pollock and I drove all the way there in the middle of day or night with my children and they was always seen and got the best service after hospitals in Alexandria left my kid in the hallway with a broken arm and made us wait on a room when my son had bleeding on his brain I started going to hartner after that and never drove back to Alexandria hospitals just used hartner and now they have specialist to see there with appointments I have to go see the orthopedic here now hope all is still well there

Waste of time, doctors are subpar and lazy. They are not very friendly, but the big guy at reception was very professional and polite. He should have a seminar for the rest of them on how to properly communicate with the patient. Anyways rant over, Hardtner please step your game up.

All the staff were excellent! They were very friendly, upbeat and professional; facility was very clean and tidy. Wish all medical experiences could be this pleasant, cared for myself two weeks later cared for my wife both times the staff was exceptional.

I love the nurses. Havent seen a doctor there in 2 or 3 years. However they dont take my insurance so I paid cash for each office visit. I've had no procedures done and I get a bunch of Bill's in the mail, for WHAT??? I paid for my office visits!!!!

I have seldom had a good experience at Hardtner Medical Center. Had quite a few very bad experiences. Today put the icing on the cake. My primary care provider referred me to Dr. Close a dermatologist to find out why I am itching. They called to set an appointment for me. The earliest he could see me, is the end of January 2023. In my opinion this is unexceptionable. If they can’t do any better then that, they need more doctors. If not they shouldn’t advertise that they can care for patients needs.

Several reasons. They like to have let my husband die after running test and sending him home, I had to take him to Rapids hospital. They ran the same test and found that he had a heart attack. He had a triple bypass and a cyst removed off of him his back. He was in Rapids for over three weeks. Then I LaSalle General for 3 weeks of therapy. My primary care sent a referral to a dermatologist for me, at Hardtner. When they called to set up an appointment for me, he can’t see me until the end of January 2023. There’s more, but enough said for now.

I was blessed to have been sent to see Dr. Hinston I suffer from severe eczema my primary doctor prescribed a total of 3 different creams that were not helping but thanks to the Hardtner Medical Center for being diligent with me and hearing my cry I am on day 2 of my cream and I’m seeing results already God is so good.

the me ER doctor is AWFUL. He's mean and not caring at all! Tje nurse was WAY better! She consoled and was gentle and caring! I'm issuing a formal complaint with the AMA against him! sent me away without finishing and was more worried about himself than tje patient
