Dr. Birinyi diagnosed my case & the major damage to my spinal column and offered me several options. At 74 I felt I needed to take a major step & had an 18 hour spinal fusion procedure done by him flawlessly. After the discomfort of surgery passed, I found myself restored to normal walking, driving, freely moving, and my improvement continued to happen for two years. I could feel the wellbeing returning to my body, and pains and problems sitting and standing, walking and doing any meaningful activity all ceased to be problems. I have never met a nicer doctor, clear communicator, and very accessible. After surgery and healing time, he continued to demonstrate compassionate and clear support for my improvement, and educated me about my remaining problems and made valuable referrals and followed up each. My life as a psychotherapist and social work administrator gave skills in judging character, I believe Dr. Paul Birinyi to be extremely ethical, honest, fair, and intelligent. The best!

Dr. Birinyi first operated on my grandfather about 8 months ago and then more recently my grandmother. My family is very thankful to have someone with his expertise in the area. His staff was kind and accommodating to our needs. Dr. Birinyi was responsive and made sure the procedure was understood. The best part of both surgeries is that my grandparents left the hospital the same day as the surgery with no hospital stay.

Doctor Birinyi did a great job on my surgery. However, he did not do a good job when it came to after care follow up. After the surgery most of my appointments with him were short. He also made me feel like I was a bother.

I was in so much pain after my back injury a few years ago. Dr. Birinyi was very through and helped me to relieve my pain after surgery. I am happy to say I am without pain now. Thank you Dr. Birinyi! I have a new life because of you.
