Let's be honest all insurances are not created equally. I've been with this group almost 20 years. Once my health started to rapidly, lost my job and had to go on medicaid. Everything changed! They no longer accepted adult medicaid and you can not pay cash. I'm disappointed 😞 really but I get it, it's not personal only business!

This is a group of very excellent doctors and nurses who are professionals yet are very friendly and make you feel at ease and listen to you and they make sure that they understand what your problem is and they take their time to explain your issue and the treatment plan clearly before you leave they also follow up with you to make sure that you are improving and they have a system that lets you know when your medications have been sent to your pharmacy. With this group you have a primary physician but if you have an urgent problem they will always work you in to see someone else to make sure that you are promptly taken care of. As a retired nurse of more than 30 years I have found this group of medical professionals to be some of the best I have ever worked with or have seen as a patient.

I have been a patient at Family Clinic for over 28 years. Dr. Montgomery delivered my youngest child. I believe that me and/or my children have seen every doctor at the Family Clinic. Today I received a phone call from one of the employees stating that I had not been in over a year and that it was time to set up an appointment for a checkup. I told her that since the last time I was seen I had been to several doctors, doing blood work, etc. She told me that if I were not scheduling appointment they would close my file. I stated that at present I do not need to see them but if I needed I would still like to go there. She said that they would close my file and in the future if I needed I could go in as a new patient. Very disappointed! Guess I will just have to find a new M.D.

The only complaint I have is when you call they put you on hold for a long time before getting back with you but other then that they are professional and friendly!

I could do a better job on WebMD, if I can get a reference to a doctor that would actually look into an issue instead of just rushing out of the office. NO ONE should go, exactly what give doctors the horrible stereotype. I will not let my family EVER go there again! Latoya Kelly should be revoked!
