List of Premier Urgent Care's Reviews
Was scheduled an appointment for a blood draw. Called a head to ensure this would be a simple process and could be completed quickly. I was assured that this was a in and out process. Once arrived they struggled to find the appointment information I was not in the system and it took way too long. When asking about the wait I was told the walk ins came in order! So why not say that instead of having someone come up there!!!
I highly recommend this place. unfortunately tonight a nurse was rude to me. not feeling good the last thing you want is people treating you poorly. I've never had this issue before. I hope I don't again because I truly enjoy having such a great place to go when I'm sick. I love Dr. S
A very friendly and professional staff, this location is a good spot to stop if you have a boo-boo! My boo boo had a boo-boo, so we went here, and they doctored it up in a jiffy, no wait at all!
Was there 3 times in last 3 weeks, on the 3rd visit, in so many words I was told there was nothing he could do for me. I was in so much pain that I could not stop the tears from flowing. Then I was given the same antibiotics that I was told wasn't working for me. Wasted a lot of time and money. If you cannot make someone comfortable until they see their primary doctor then what's the point in going there!!!During my visit there were 2 other patients that had been there in the previous weeks. Hopefully this will help someone else in the future.
Never come here. The front staff are incompetent and the doctor will spend less than a minute in the room with you.
Dr. Sharma was patient and caring and took action when he saw there was a problem and my own doctor office seemed to be too busy to listen to me. Thanks Dr. Sharma!
This is the place to go for urgent care. They are Fast and efficient. The waiting time - I came in by 8:30 am - checked in, pre- service health questions done, and saw the doctor by 9am. Atmosphere is very relaxing - spa music.
The doctor was extremely rude. After an accident I had a few years ago, I am left prone to shoulders that dislocate often. When the accident happened I didn't have insurance and have had to put my shoulder back in place dozens of times. Today it came out of place while I was driving which was extremely terrifying. My wife made me go to urgent care and the doctor said that he had never heard of someone being able to put their shoulder back in place by themselves without sedatives before and he treated me as if I was lying. Not only have I done it myself dozens of times but I have seen others do it at football games and a girl I work with who does competitive cheer said that they have a girl whose shoulder comes out of place at least once per practice. Either he's extremely incompetent or so ready to mistrust his patients to the point of being an ineffectual doctor. I will never return and suggest you find somewhere else if you can. I was not even looking for pain meds or something. I just needed an answer on what to do because this is such a frequent problem. I felt extremely embarrassed for even seeking help in the first place.
Excellent service, in and out in about 45 minutes.
Ancillary staff was great. The provider (Doctor) walked in like he was annoyed I was there. I have NEVER been to an urgent care. I’m NEVER sick. If I’m there, I need something and I’m sick. Don’t put me off. Won’t go back.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
