Does not spend enough time with patients. Her nurse Summer is not concerned with your problem and does not explain what she is doing.

Very sweet and caring Dr and Pa. They get to the bottom of what is wrong and fixes it. Well never go anywhere else. And they do answer there phones got an appointment anytime I needed it.

Great Doctor!

We have been to Dr. Mccommon a few times and really like her. We are in and out quick. To The one saying they don't answer the phone, they've always answered when I call so must have fired whoever that was. You should give them a try. The only complaint I have is that I have to fill out the same paperwork every time even if it's only been a month. I get tired of filling out the same info. Other than that, I am pleased.

Dr. Webb actually listened and cared when she was there. However, Dr. McCommon treats everyone as though they are drug addicts looking for pills, this is bad because the druggies in this town have to ruin it for those of us who truly need help. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone and back in October when I fell and had a severe sprung ankle/foot, she gave me an nsaid, anti inflammatory /mild pain pill that truly did nothing, I had to quit the medication because after research,, realized she prescribed a pill with a high risk for heart attk and stroke to a person who is high risk for both. it took my ankle 10 weeks to heal with severe pain, bruising and swelling, I don't feel this lady cares about her patients. I will never go back there. This review is for the Plain Dealing Clinic.

I am happy we found this clinic. I always get in and out quickly, and they always take the time to listen to my concerns. After reading the other review, I want to say that they must have fixed the communication issue. I go to the Benton office, and they always answer their calls right away and return my calls the same day.

This place is extremely horrible with returning phone calls after weeks of leaving them voicemails, we finally just give up on trying to make appointments or to get in touch with our doctors nurse. They always have an excuse too "oh, we tried calling you back but no one answers. " but yet we never have any missed calls or voicemails and yes we've checked they do have our correct #s. I believe they are just plain lazy or just don't care. Also when my wife finally did get to make an appointment and go to try and have a referral sent in for our insurance it took them a WEEK !! To decide to fax it in to our insurance for approval. This is not a rant on Dr. McCommon herself she's wonderful when you do get to see her. This is on the clinic itself, their nursing staff and front office people. Just fair warning wouldn't waste your time with this place unless you want them wasting yours.
