While the staff was considerate and competent, the system for making appointments online is very misleading. At 8:30 in the morning I went online and made an appointment for the 1st available time, 10:30. I completed an online sign in. When I arrived at 10:25, then I was put in line behind everyone else who had gone in to sign up for an appointment. If I had known that's how the system worked, I could have just gone over to the clinic at 9:00 a.m. and been out much earlier. It pretty much set the rest of my day off kilter because then I was running to catch up. Next time I'll just go in and bypass the online appointment time. In small print it actually says that this is not an appointment. Very small print

Staff was fine, NP fine. Do not use this clinic if you are a pulmonary or chemically sensitive patient. Asthma patient with exacerbation using home nebulizer with little benefit. Clinic was hot, saw thermostat, it read 77.6. The VOC’s off gassing was increased due to the heat. NP had no comment nor appearance of concern related to her clinic’s air quality. Why would a medical clinic not take precautions to resolve high off gassing? Air filters and exchangers or maybe keeping temp below the point that off gassing acceleration. Just use this clinic if you have a great set of lungs, protect yourself.
