Couldn’t believe the level of expertise and academic background !

If I could leave no stars I would. The office staff was rude with the initial phone call—should have been my first sign to cancel the appt. I saw the physician due to a patch of skin tags under my arm and upon his exam of me his initial response was “Oooh” and he made a face. I then asked for his professional opinion about this and his response was “I don’t have an opinion about that”. First of all it’s difficult to go to the doctor about a concern that is uncomfortable and then to have a physician responds in such a manner is insulting. Then tells me this is cosmetic, not medical but he will remove fifteen of the skin tags for $300 cash. This is no way to treat patients, not only is a physicians job to use their medical expertise to treat a patient. It is also to care for the well being of that patient and to make patients feel comfortable about going to a doctor.
