Didn’t address any of my concerns. Changed my appointment from a new patient exam to a follow-up so that I had to pay out of pocket and didn’t even get any information on my general health. The nurses were nice and attentive, but the office staff and Dr. Padgett were very dismissive and do not care about patients. And as some of the other reviews have pointed out, you do indeed have to wait forever in the waiting room to be seen for an appointment that was scheduled months before. Overall a terrible experience, especially if you have any anxiety whatsoever about going to a medical clinic in the first place.

Dr. Padgett was very thorough and thoughtful. I was just a patient but was hurting because of the death of my son and he could tell I was very emotional. He even cried with me. He cared and felt my pain. A very good man.

I've been going to Doctor Padgett my whole life, just about. He is a really awesome guy, and is always nice, caring and very helpful. I am the type of person who hates going, to see the Doctor. But going here is like going to family. From the nurses on up, they always are genuinely concerned and just want to help. They are family oriented and have been here for decades. Also, I see maby one or two low review ratings on here about the place, which I find a little odd. They are always nice and transparent and get you in and out as fast as possible. I recomend him to all my Friends and Family!

Routine wellness visit - Dr P always makes sure to spend time listening to you and providing the care you need. He is very comforting and really cares about the health of his patients.

CHRIS FRANK...So are you expecting to receive free medical care over the phone from a doctor who hasn't physically seen you? Irresponsible of you. If you find a doctor who gives free medical care over the phone w/o seeing you, that doctor is a quack! My 5 stars are for Dr. Padgett-not you. He is a great doctor who actually cares for his patients and gives you the time you need. (Not like other doctors I've seen who are caught up in the modern-day business-driven method of giving you 5 minutes and then they are walking out the door on you while you're still talking.)

I love Dr. Padgett. He spends as much time with you as needed. He doesn't act like he needs to hurry and get to the next patient. When he's with you, he makes you feel like you are the most important person.
