7 years, no complaints. They call back promptly and all the Dr's have great bedside manner. I won't go anywhere else!

One of the best men and best doctors I know. Always takes the time to listen to his patients rather than make any snap judgements (which is why he sometimes runs late on appointments). The only negative is how hard it is to get an appointment with him because he is so busy, but the other doctors at his practice are excellent too.

Rude staff and Horrible customer service!!! Called to get a prescription refilled and never got a call back this isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue.

I was kidnapped and held hostage at gunpoint. i tried to get an appointment with Dr Knapp on 3 different occasion in a 3 week period , he was too busy or about to go on vacation. I was suffering from ptsd and depression and he abandoned me for getting loud in the waiting room after he kept refusing to see me. he could have helped me. shouldn't a doctor know how to handle patient that are suffering.

I just want you to know how you abandoned me as a patient because I got loud in your office. did you even know that I had just been kidnapped and held hostage at gunpoint. I tried to get an appointment with you on 3 different occasions, you were to busy or you had to go on vacation. do you know what it's like to go through a traumatic event. I needed help and all you did was drop me as a patient.

Don't care how a patient feels, judges and doesn't even learn his patients. Treated me like scum, doesn't even know what I have done for his freedom to make the bank he does. I hurt now, and hope he enjoys his " other" vacation.
