I'm confused on the great reviews?The first visit my daughter had with her for sensory issues was so rushed I won't go back. let me say I know she is busy & my child is not the most important ,but as a new patient she gained no knowledge of her history or problems at all.

When we first moved to the area, she was the only dr that had the soonest availability so we went to her for my two oldest before school. She insisted that they both get their blood work done as new patients, but being part of OLOL, she had access to their records and our family doesn't have any high health risks, so we were reluctant to do so, especially, if all their years with their previous pediatrician no blood drawn was necessary. She insisted and when we one child refused, she was like..."ok, but it's important if you can..." The Dr wasn't really friendly and warm towards the kids, but she can't help that if that's just her personality. I could be wrong but that was how she was with both my children's visit on separate occasions. I guess it's hard to find a doctor comparable to our at OLOL Denham Springs location.

When choosing a pediatrician, one main thing I look for is friendliness. This whole office including the dr lack that. Aside from that, the dr did not wear gloves while checking my son and did not wash her hands when entering our room. When we arrived she was siting typing on a computer and came straight into our room and began examining my newborn. My husband and I were both turned off immediately. Will be visiting a new pediatrician next week.

Dr. LE has been my child's physician since she was 2. Dr. Le has helped us with allergy problems, repeated bouts with strep throat, and ADHD treatment. She is accessible though clearly busy. I never feel rushed and trust her explicitly.

After over a six week period of Doctor's visits my child kept getting a rash. First I was told it was, eczema,then we were told it was a yeast rash,then it was a staph infection.We were given numerous prescriptions for this condition nothing worked.My husband went in the office and asked the staff,to ask the doctor why was her rash not going away.Their response Your daughter is not being cleaned properly and is being left in a pee diaper too longWe have changed Dr's and sheisbetterinonevisit.

Took over an HOUR past appointment to be seen while my child was running fever over 102. Then I was brought to the back to wait another 30 minutes! Ridiculous!

She is a very good doctor. Takes her time with all her patients and goes the extra mile to make sure your child is taken care of. The only bad thing about her is the front office staff and her medical billing department. If you can handle a rude front desk and a incompetent biller you should be fine. On the upside her back office nurse is very nice.
