You should not have to stand at the front desk of any facility and tell your personal information through a glass. HIPAA laws prevent any personal information from being released yet these people ask you to yell it out in the waiting room. Do not do it. Make them check you in outside of the open waiting room. This is your personal information.

Only one star bc I couldn't give my review without it. Only go if you want to be treated like a diseased animal. Not the human with insurance you are.....only went after Urgent Care didn't relief pain.....then went to Emergency Dept. Next time I'll try different venue.....waste of $$ needed in my pocket not theirs for absolutely nothing.....could have gone septic.....thank God for answered prayers....they did treat the other patient in the room with delicate hands of delicate genius.... going septic could be deadly.....ask someone who's been through it..... they'd have trouble texting without hands!!

I am home after surgery and had to make a review bc I am truly so impressed and thankful by the medical team here. I have severe anxiety I've been crying since they told me my gallbladder gotta come out. My blood pressure has been high bc of anxiety and fear. Everyone has been so nice and caring. Nurse Ashley who did my preop was hilarious and warm and had an awesome vibe she truly is amazing at her job she kept cracking jokes to distract me and I loved her. Dr juke and his team nurse Shannon Dr Cody walker lol the funniest anesthesiologist (bartender) I've ever met and nurse shantelle were all so freaking amazing I truly applaud yall I know yall work long hours and to have the kindness yall show your patients ie me was awesome. I literally was crying and panicking and got into contact with nurse Shannon whose probably a comedian bc he kept me laughing and distracted 😂 and Dr juke clealry knows what he is doing ill let him take an organ out again. And Cody W was hilarious I truly appreciate yall for being funny and smart who knew you could be both! Thanks so much! I appreciate the stellar care and I rather not see yall again but if I absolutely have to have surgery again I'll pick yall! Lol
