Stacy Baker is a fraud. I waited at the Broken to Better urgent care for over an hour and she only sees me for like 5 minutes. She does nothing and barely wanted to check me for what I was there for. She was very rude and had very poor bedside manners. She dismisses after 5 minutes and sends me a charge for that 5 minute visit with her of $200! She didn’t do anything for me! She’s a crook and I hope she gets what’s coming to her! You go all the way through med school to get your license and this is how you treat human beings after you get out? Clearly you went to med school not to help but for your own greed!

Dr. Baker rushed me off my teledoc visit, was completely unhelpful, short, and rude. She then charged me $60 for talking with me for under 3 minutes. I am extremely disappointed, as I’ve only had excellent teledoc services until seeing Dr. Baker.

Did a virtual visit with her and she disconnected in the middle of me asking a question. $59 for nothing. Let me save you some time and money all they will say is go get a covid test see you later. Don't waste your money.

Very unfriendly. Our doctor retired from this practice and we were assigned to Dr Baker. Worst experience we have ever had with a doctor. I had the flu and she would not even come in the room, but spoke to me from the hallway. My son went for a physical and we asked her a question about a small spot that was healing on his hand. She charged us for the physical and an additional office visit because we asked the question. My advise is go somewhere else, we did.

Dr. Baker is wonderful. I recommend her to all of my friends who are looking for a physician in the area. She is very good at making you feel comfortable and listened to and I absolutely recommend her.
