List of David C. Osafo's Reviews
Dr Osafo was disrespectful in speaking to me as Trouble Maker on even my first appointment without ever meeting me before. Called me the same on the second appointment. I have found him to be uncomfortable answering questions about my Cancer diagnosis and treatment plan. In my case, he comes off as a person with a superiority complex and seems to enjoy mocking me for the questions I ask. I trust him on my treatment plan, however, it would be much better if he spoke to me with the same respect I give him. Not giving up.
I was referred to Dr Osafo by my Urologist following a resent diagnosis of Stage IV Prostate Cancer. After 2 clinic visit with him in discussion about my treatment plan I found him to be quite uncomfortable (by his words and body language) answering question about my illness and treatment plan. On both visits He was addressed me as "Trouble Maker." Additionally, he mocked me during questions about my treatment options.
Great Physician very loving and caring we are so blessed he is caring for my dad. Thank you again Dr. Osafo
Listens, and answers your questions. Doesn't like to be questioned about his dincisions though. Overall, feel that he' a capable physician.
Dr. Osafo was more than helpful explaining my problems. He is very reassuring and has a GREAT bedside manner. I definitely recommend him to anyone with blood problems.
Either Dr. Osafo doesn't like my personality and just cannot communicate simple questions and answers to me, or he just is a very impatient person with a superiority complex and talks down to patients. He doesn't let me voice my concerns, he gets mad if I ask questions that challenge his statements. He still hasn't explained thoroughly to me, in a way that I can understand, what is going on with my blood. I think he thinks he has and he gets so frustrated when I try and get clarification, but he really hasn't. Poor Communicator! I would hate to need him for a serious illness. I don't care if he is a "good doctor" he's not professional, and you can't just be good at your job, you have to be patient and understanding. He doesn't do the second part.
Dr. Osafo is not a very patient person. He gets irritable when he has to repeat himself when I don't understand something. I ask for clarification and he starts an argumentative offensive mood. Seems like he wanted to rush me right out, tell me what blood test to take and not tell me what it was for or what it would help him find out, in fact, i still have to look up the name of this test to figure it out myself. Basically, I left the office crying. Terrible bedside manner. I felt like an inconvenience to him. Did he forget I am the one paying HIM? You'd think I was some despicable creature off the street who he's not per2

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
