Dr. Holly Kidd is caring, listens to patient, is knowledgeable about internal medicine as well as other fields of medicine. When needed, she refers you to appropriate specialist. Her nurse Cheryl is extremely helpful in communication between patient and Dr. Kidd . Between visits Cheryl returns patient's call and makes me feel and know that my medical care is important as she soon consults with Dr. Kidd then gives me feedback . Front desk workers are welcoming and efficient as are all others on Dr. Kidd's team.

Not friendly office-staff or doctor. Not going back. Not helpful. Doctor poor communicator, lacks compassion. Sorry I went, wasted my money. Thought you go to a doctor to feel better, silly me.

I have never felt rushed when seeing her. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and up front about the costs of test, and explains them.

Dr. Kidd is a very knowledgeable doctor, but she's blunt and never beats around the bush. She has no regard for your feelings—you're there for her expertise, not friendship. Her humor is very dry, and I've only seen her crack a smile once. She is my favorite doctor because I trust her to always shoot me straight.

I can say since I've been going to her I trust her..Everything , everything she has told me was true about my condition, sickness, etc. Whether I want to hear it or not..she's straight to the point..because of her diagnosis, then recommendation I came through surgery better than expected. And didn't have to take medicine, I give God all the praise for enlightening me to her....Thanks Dr. Kidd
