Dr Mandrell’s physician assistant saw me first and diagnosed me with a skin cancer then referred me to him. He didn’t just tell me what I had to do but told me my options and the pros and cons of each one. I felt like he was letting me make my own decision but I relied on his expert opinion. All of the staff are very friendly there at the clinic. I’ve been going there for years.

I really like Dr. Mandrell. He has great bedside manner and always seems to have an idea of what to try next. We have seen him for two different issues and both times we have felt great about our visit. One of those issues are already resolved and the other is about to get a lot better. He has a very methodical approach to finding out what is wrong with his patients. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Mandrell removed a cancer off my cheek two weeks ago. I just had a follow visit to get my stitches out and you can't see the scar which I was worried about. He seems confident and makes me feel confident. His office staff was very friendly which made the surgery less scary.

Dr. Mandrell recently saw me for a skin condition I've had for months. Three dermatologists told me it was fungus. Dr. Mandrell told me it looked more like Granuolma anularre and gave me a cream for it. The cream worked. The biopsy he did also showed that he was right. I was impressed by how he explained the condition and impressed with the treatment he gave me. He said he was giving me a generic cream that was strong but would be cheap.

Dr. Mandell performed Broadband Light therapy on my face and neck. The procedure eliminated skin discoloration but his aggressive use of the instrument burned my neck and over one year later a white scar, the size of a nickel, is still present. He refunded the $600. During a follow-up appointment he stated that there was nothing he could confidently do to erase the damage. In addition to skill level, his bedside manner also needs some attention.
