I would like to take the time to express my appreciation & gratitude to Tabitha, Bethany & Cathy whom support Dr. Kenneth Metoyer. I was born and raised in Northern Louisiana. Yet, when I resided in West Monroe, I dreaded going to any physician because of the doctors' inability to correctly diagnose, lukewarm passion to practice medicine coupled with a passionless staff. However, all of that changed when my destiny was connected to a doctor that is anointed to work in his purpose, FERVENT about people and their ability to live a healthy and fulfilled life; united with a staff that echo's his zeal!So today, I am elated to write a thank you letter along with my feedback and sincere recommendations to anyone that is unhappy with the quality of medical care they are currently receiving. Or, if your current physician and staff lack patient follow-up to ensure you and your loved-one are receiving optimal treatment, then don't hesitate to make the change and receive personalized and ardent care with the A- Team, Dr. Kenneth Metoyer Jr!On January 25, 2017, I contacted his (Calhoun) office in desperate need of an immediate appointment. After speaking with Tabitha and providing an overview of my father's conditions, she expedited the preliminaries and my father had a doctor's appointment within the hour.{Prior to contacting his office, I was hopeless and helpless because I was denied an appointment/treatment by the Glenwood Medical Network, even though my father was an established patient of record and recently treated in their office 48 hours prior. His symptoms had worsen and their staff didn't care while they boldly expressed no compassion nor propose suggestions for emergency appointments nor advocate the doctor/nurse call back or follow- up.After the visit, I left with peace and assurance that my father's conditions would be properly diagnosed and his conditions will be monitored. Most importantly, we received a follow-up appointment to ensure a root-cause findings were properly identified through appropriate testing. In addition, his staff contacted me via phone w/in 48 hours to provide the results of all testing. In fact, they confirmed that I had registered and enrolled in the patient's portal to receive results electronically, as well.More than anything else, it is important to note that Dr. Motoyer welcomed me to contact his office immediately if my father's condition worsen before his follow-up visit. From this conclusion, no one should feel as if they are a nuisance when you are being treated or under the care of a medical physician.
